23Snaps App Review

Posted by on Aug 24, 2012 in For Mums, Reviews | 0 comments

I’m sure like many other people, we have 1000′s of pictures of our daughter – we always have an iPhone or camera with us so we’re always taking pictures.  However, we very rarely print any out – so the way we share our pictures is usually through Facebook. I have my Facebook set up so my daughters pictures aren’t public, but even so there are members of my family that don’t have a Facebook account – so I either have to wait until I see them or send a separate email attaching the pictures I want to share with them …. which I rarely...

Baby Bouncer – BabyBjorn Babysitter Balance Review

Posted by on Jan 22, 2012 in Reviews, Toys and Fun | 0 comments

Like many babies, Beth loved to be bounced and when I spotted the BabyBjorn Baby Bouncer I was so impressed with its stability and simplicity that I knew this was the baby bouncer I wanted for her. I was initially a bit put off by the price and the fact that the toy bar is an optional extra but after reading so many brilliant reviews I was sold. I also loved the fact that unlike many other baby bouncers that are only suitable up to 6 months, this one said it was suitable up to 24 months!  Considering Beth is now 27 months, I can definitely vouch for the fact it really does last a very long...

Annabel Karmel’s Baby & Toddler Meal Planner Review

I wasn’t disappointed, this book isn’t just a recipe book, it’s a guide.  The book is split in to sections depending on where...

Baby Bath Seat Review – Safety 1st Swivel Seat

Posted by on Dec 7, 2011 in Bathing, Reviews, Safety | 0 comments

Initially we bought a basic small plastic baby bath for when Beth was first born and it was great as we could bath her any where we wanted to but as she grew out of it very quickly, we had to start looking for an alternative solution pretty quickly.  I knew I was never going to be able to manage a slippery baby in a big bath without help.  My friend recommended the Safety 1st Swivel Baby Bath Seat and at such a reasonable price we thought we’d give it a go as it looked like it would also last her a while too. Suitable for: Babies from 6 months to 12 months (or 9kg to 18kg) Practical...

Angelcare Monitor Review – AC401 Baby Monitor Movement Sensor Pad and Sound

Posted by on Dec 6, 2011 in Nursery & Bedroom, Reviews, Safety | 2 comments

A baby monitor was one baby product that didn’t take a lot of research, I had heard of the Angelcare Monitor with the movement sensor pad and so all I had to do was check other people were happy with their purchase.  After reading a few reviews it seemed that this was a must have product and would definitely go on my top 10 baby products list.  It’s more than just a listening device with it’s extra sensor pad and temperature alerts it means you have complete peace of mind when your baby is sleeping (hopefully as much as possible) and you want to too. Angelcare Monitor...
